Please note:

Event information must be submitted no later than November 1 of each calendar year for inclusion in the Running Club North Events Calendar for the pending year. See the Event Calendar for the date and time of the annual calendar meeting. Please note, events with traditional dates will be given priority. But watch your email for updates in October.

Important! Being included on the RCN calendar is by no means an endorsement or imply sponsorship by RCN. To become an RCN-sponsored event, the race director must make a presentation to the Board and be voted upon. Then they must follow RCN’s race guidelines.

New feature added! Ever wish you could simply prefill this form with what you entered last year? Now you can. After you enter the name of your event, you can click the Prefill Details button and if the event has been previously submitted, much of the form will prepopulate with the details from the most recent submission. There are just a couple things to keep in mind.

• What you enter in the event name field must at least partially match the name used previously. It is not case sensitive, but the characters must match exactly. You could get a match with a single word, but if another event has the same word in its title, then you might not get the event you want. 
• If you tend to add to the race name such as “10th annual Run for the Hills,” then that obviously will not match any previous submission. Instead, enter “Run for the Hills” and click the button to prefill the form and then you can go back and add “10th annual” to the name.
• Once the form is prefilled, you can then make any changes to the fields as needed.
• Some fields are not prefilled. The preferred and alternate dates must be entered each year as well as the final fields regarding the director’s membership status, agreement to comply with RCN guidelines, and the submitter’s contact information.
