Registration Schedule
Early Registration 6/1/25 – 7/6/25 is $50
Standard Registration 7/7/25 – 8/8/25 is $60
Race Day Registration 8/9/25 (until 9am) is $80
Course Map
The races start and finish in Chena Lake Recreation Area.
- Start near swim beach at Chena Lakes. Follow bike path around the lake to parking lot.
- Turn right at parking lot and continue straight to Laurance Road crossing.
- Turn right and run along road until the access road to top of dike.
- At top of dike turn right onto dike and run to the next dike access point.
- Turn left into the flood control area.
- At bottom of access point turn right and follow trail until you get to elevated railroad tracks.
- At railroad tracks turn 150 degrees and follow trail to northeast.
- Follow trail until maintenance road turns to the right and runs along the tree line.
- Follow tree line until you get to access gate for parking lot at dike.
- U turn back along the maintenance road about 1.5 miles then go right on maintenance road follow signs to dike access gate.
- From dike access gate, return to start on dike, Laurance Road and Bike path around lake.
Two race choices: 8AM for those who predict a 3 hour or more finish time.
9AM for those predicting under 3 hours.
The race course will close at 1pm (5 hours after the 8am start).

- Race Shirt (100 shirts will be ordered)
- Finisher Medal (100 medals will be ordered)
- BBQ at the finish line
- Prize for the Top Male & Female Finisher
This race is being produced by RCN and the UAF Cross Country Running Team. Donations to the UAF Team will also be accepted on race day.
