Kevin Brinegar and Andy Holland tied for first place in the men's division
while Michelle Mitchell dominated the women's division in the First Annual
Anti-Sonot/Bradway 6-Miler Classic on Saturday.
Brinegar and Holland, who have been putting in 100 mile plus weeks in preparation for next month's Boston Marathon, came across the finish line with a time of 32:25. Former Fairbanks standout Roger Dix came in second in 33:17, while new runner Chad Carroll took third with a time of 34:18.
Mitchell came in fourth overall with a time of 37:57. Austin Ross was the second woman with a time of 43:27, and Carla Richardson was third in 55:26.
Seventeen runners took part in the race, which started and ended at the North Star Volunteer Fire Dept.
