After a 22-month hiatus, RCN track intervals are returning to in-person workouts! (Ok, so most of those months wouldn’t exactly be track running weather, but it has been a long time!)

Runners of all abilities are welcome to come to track intervals starting Tuesday, July 13th, 5:30 p.m., at West Valley High School track. This year, there will only be one group–ladies and gentlemen are all welcome to come run at the same time. Depending on how things shake out, I may separate the group into a faster and a slower group, just to keep the recovery times reasonable. I will also program in a warm up with drills prior to the start of the workout, so no need to come too early to do a full warm up on your own.

Workouts will continue through the last Tuesday in August, and are posted on the RCN website, under Runs and Activities, Interval Training. We will use the Women’s Workout for the combined group.
